Privacy Policy

Prelaunch draft — subject to legal review.

Last updated:

1. Introduction

This policy explains how Shenzhen Caimen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (CAIMEN, we or our) handles visits to caimengates.com and business inquiries. This is a prelaunch draft. Production services and their final data-handling arrangements require confirmation before launch.

2. Who We Are

CAIMEN is based in Shenzhen, China. Our published address is Building 3, Zone A, No. 1, Yongda Lane, Hengling Industrial Zone, Nianfeng Community, Pingdi Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China 518117. Send privacy requests to [email protected], our existing company contact, not a separately appointed data protection officer. The responsible legal entity and any legally required representative must be confirmed before publication.

3. Information We Collect

Inquiry forms request name, email, phone, country, message and product interest. Factory visit requests also include company, visit date and visitor count. When enabled, the backend stores these business details, submission time, form type, source path and URL, product reference and identifiers for duplicate prevention. It does not store browser language or raw User Agent. Attachments are not currently accepted. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and device information for hosting and security. Our rate-limit code uses a salted hash derived from the IP, not the raw IP in inquiry records. Optional media providers receive connection and device information when their embeds load.

4. How We Use Information

We use inquiries to respond, review project requirements, discuss technical information and arrange requested visits. Security checks and submission identifiers help prevent spam, abuse and duplicates. Necessary website services support navigation and operation. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. No analytics or advertising tags are installed.

5. Legal Bases

Where relevant law applies, responding to a requested quotation or taking steps toward a contract may provide a basis for necessary inquiry processing. Other correspondence and proportionate security measures may rely on legitimate interests, subject to assessment and your rights. Optional media loads with your permission. Cookie permission is not the basis for every business activity. The applicable legal bases require legal review before launch.

6. Storage and Protection

The website is prepared for Cloudflare Pages hosting. The backend supports Cloudflare D1 and Turnstile, but production bindings and activation are not confirmed in this preview. Local inquiry submission is disabled. Code validates submissions, checks their origin and applies duplicate and rate-limit controls. These measures are not a security certification or guarantee. No automated inquiry email provider is enabled.

7. Retention

A business-record retention schedule has not been approved. Before launch, CAIMEN must confirm retention periods, deletion responsibilities and privacy-request handling. Criteria may include inquiry purpose, continuing project correspondence and legal recordkeeping duties; no duration is yet approved. No scheduled inquiry deletion is implemented. Rate-limit records have an expiry field, but automatic cleanup is not verified. Privacy choices are saved for up to 180 days, separately from business records.

8. Sharing and Service Providers

CAIMEN personnel handle inquiries. Cloudflare provides the intended hosting, security, Turnstile and D1 services according to features actually enabled at launch. YouTube and Google Maps receive information when you permit their embeds. GA4, GTM, Google Ads and automated inquiry email services are not installed. Final production providers and access arrangements require confirmation.

9. International Transfers

CAIMEN is located in China, where business inquiries may be handled. Cloudflare and Google services may process information in other countries. Final locations, recipients and required international transfer safeguards must be reviewed before launch. We do not claim that standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision or an EU representative are already established.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of permission. You may contact the relevant supervisory authority. Send requests to [email protected] with details of the information concerned. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. There is no automatic inquiry deletion feature. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing based on permission. Our internal request-handling procedure requires confirmation before launch.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Necessary features remain available after rejection. We save categories, version, choice time and expiry in first-party localStorage under caimengates_consent_v1. Change or withdraw your choice using Cookie Settings in the footer. Optional Media controls YouTube and Google Maps. Analytics and marketing are inactive and cannot be enabled by accepting current services. Attribution code can store permitted campaign identifiers in sessionStorage with a 30-day expiry cap, but these purposes are disabled. Language selection uses URLs. The website itself does not write cookies. Production Cloudflare security cookies and Turnstile pre-clearance settings still need verification.

12. Third-Party Services

Before permission, video previews are local images and maps remain unloaded. Requesting external playback or the map opens privacy choices if needed. Withdrawal removes active embeds and blocks further loads; it cannot delete other domains' cookies or undo information already sent. YouTube privacy-enhanced embedding remains a third-party service. External WhatsApp, social network and map links lead to services with their own policies. Necessary Turnstile verification, when configured, is independent of optional media permission.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile Invisible to protect inquiry forms from abuse. Its processing of personal data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum

13. Contact and Policy Updates

Email [email protected] for questions or privacy requests. This draft was updated on October 12, 2026. We may revise it when actual processing changes. Material changes to optional services or purposes require a new consent version and renewed choices. All five language versions need legal review. Unresolved production facts must be confirmed before final publication.
