Modular Aluminum Construction
We build our telescopic gates from assembled aluminum sections, combining corrosion resistance with the flexibility to customize the gate's structure and appearance.
- 6063-T6 Aluminum Profiles
- We use 6063-T6 aluminum for the main beams, pillars, frames and vertical bars, with each profile selected for its role in the gate body.
- Modular Assembly
- Individual sections are assembled into a complete gate structure. Connections remain accessible for servicing and replacement of individual components.
- Architectural Finishes
- Fluorocarbon powder coating protects the aluminum surface and provides a consistent finish. CM-01 gray is our standard colour, with custom colours available.
Guided Telescopic Movement
The upper guide, travelling chassis and support rollers work together to keep the gate sections aligned as they extend and retract across the entrance.

- Interlocking guides and bearing-mounted rollers control the travel path and support straight, coordinated movement.
- Dual-Wheel Drive Chassis
- Travelling wheels on both sides of the chassis distribute the load and drive the gate through its opening and closing cycle.
- Support & Anti-Wind Components
- Floating support rollers and a 304 stainless steel anti-wind hook help support the moving sections and maintain their guided position.
Automation, Control & Safety
We supply the drive and operating controls as part of the complete gate system, with additional protection and access control equipment available for different entrances.
- Standard Operating Controls
- Motor thermal protection, soft drive, manual clutch, emergency stop, scrolling display and radio remote control are included in the standard configuration.
- Additional Safety Protection
- Available options include anti-collision airbags, infrared sensors, mechanical anti-pinch devices, detection gantries and anti-climbing protection.
- Access Control Integration
- The gate connects with compatible license plate recognition, fingerprint, mobile access and vehicle detection systems.
