Compact Accordion Folding System

Our retractable gate uses linked sections that expand across the entrance and fold together when opened. The design provides flexible access control without the long runback of a conventional sliding gate.

Linked Scissor Structure: Interconnected gate bars expand and fold in a coordinated movement, forming a continuous barrier across the entrance.
Compact Retraction: The gate sections gather together at one side of the opening, leaving more space available for vehicle access.
Travelling Wheel Support: Wheel assemblies support the moving sections as the gate extends and retracts. The installation layout is coordinated with the entrance surface.

Aluminum Construction & Custom Design

We manufacture our retractable gates with structural aluminum profiles and configurable gate-row designs. The material and finish support outdoor use while giving each entrance a consistent architectural appearance.

6005-T5 Aluminum Beams: 6005-T5 aluminum is used for the upper and lower beams, forming part of the gate's supporting structure.
6063-T5 Gate Profiles: 6063-T5 aluminum is used for the gate pillars, frames and row bars, combining structural support with modular gate construction.
Custom Finishes & Details: Fluorocarbon powder coating, custom colours and decorative components allow the gate to complement the surrounding property.

Operation, Control & Safety

We offer manual and motorized retractable gate configurations, with control and protective equipment selected for the entrance and its operating requirements.

Manual & Motorized Options: Choose manual operation or a motorized system with compatible remote and keypad controls for everyday entrance management.
Obstacle Protection: Available safety equipment includes obstacle detection, automatic stopping and emergency operating functions for motorized configurations.

Our retractable gates use an accordion-style linkage that folds into a compact stack. Telescopic sliding gates use separate sliding sections that move in a coordinated arrangement.

Yes. We manufacture retractable gates to suit the entrance width and required height, with the retracted footprint considered in the overall layout.

What aluminum materials does CAIMEN use?

Our HONGYUN series uses 6005-T5 aluminum for the main horizontal beams and 6063-T5 profiles for the gate pillars, frames and bars.

Are manual and automatic versions available?

Yes. We offer manual and motorized configurations, with compatible control equipment selected for the operating requirements.

Can the gate include safety sensors and access control?
